Analysis, Diagnosis, Design,
Planning and Implementation:
are the modules of our working method when we need to revise the processes, structures and tools of a company in support of planning and control processes.
A systematic approach aiming for prompt clarification of objectives, needs, expected results and criticality and risk principles.  A method of carrying out projects inspired by the principles of total quality,  orientated towards safeguarding the investments already made by the company and capitalising on its existing resources: maximisation of results at minimum cost (reduction in times and costs, both of external and internal resources).
An approach aiming at co-production and which includes, at every stage, the involvement of the main internal references, focusing immediately on the management and organisational risk prevention techniques of the project (risks of rejection).
