WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 concerning the protection of personal data (Privacy Code).
As owner of the domain denominations including the one accessible at the address http://www.bisight.com and of the Bisight Network (hereinafter referred to as “Site”), Bisight S.r.l. uses the Site as a means to spread information about its activities and/or its products and services and also to collect personal data.
Therefore, in accordance with the Privacy Code, Bisight S.r.l. which is the subject entitled to process personal data, hereby provides information pertaining the processing of personal data of those users who only browse through the Site (data related to browsing) and of those who spontaneously send their data via e-mail messages and/or by filling in specific forms granting subscription to the Bisight S.r.l.'s newsletter or access to protected sections of the Site.
Information hereby given is binding only for Bisight S.r.l. and the activities it carries out directly or through its representatives and in no way can it be referred to websites that may be accessed through links published on the Site and/or to activities organised by third parties.
1. Data to be treated
1.1 Browsing data
Information systems and computer programmes employed to operate the Site normally record data which could allow the identification of users if combined with further data. Nonetheless, data acquisition is automatic and inevitable when using Internet communication protocols and therefore such data shall be used only to collect statistical information on the Site and to verify the Site's correct operation.
When expressly required by public Authorities, data collected shall be used to assess responsibilities in computer crimes damaging the Site and/or third parties according to applicable procedures enforced by competent Authorities.
1.2 Data voluntarily provided by individual users
Personal data are those voluntarily provided by individual users when normally interacting with the Site's functions, requesting the services that the Site offers, sending e-mail messages to the Site or filling in specific forms to access protected sections of the Site.
For both categories, processing will be limited to ordinary data.
Processing methods and aims
Data shall be processed either manually or through electronic tools for the following reasons:
- to manage the navigation of the Site and access data pertaining to users' browsing;
- to manage Site and data security;
- to collect data for market surveys and statistical elaborations
- to seek and select personnel.
Furthermore, with the user's free and optional consent, Bisight S.r.l. shall be entitled to process data in order to define individual and group profiles (profiling) and for marketing purposes such as the communication of information or updates on Bisight's activities and products and on any events organized by Bisight S.r.l. or by companies affiliated with Bisight S.r.l. or on events to which such companies shall take part. Information and updates shall be sent via e-mail messages, text messages, newsletter and event invitations.
Users can revoke their consent at any time and cease to receive all promotional, commercial and information material.
3. Retention of data
Personal data shall be kept and processed using an electronic system managed by Bisight S.r.l. located at Bisight S.r.l.'s headquarters or at the website hosting provider's headquarters.
4. Communication of data
Data shall be shared with professionals, independent consultants, service agencies and/or third parties co-operating with Bisight S.r.l. for the achievement of the aforementioned aims.
Subjects who receive personal data from the users shall process them as subjects entitled to, responsible for, or charged with the task to do so, as applies.

5. Submitting data
With the exception of browsing data, which are automatically collected by the system, users need to submit the data requested to register on the Site and to access services and functions offered on the Site and on its protected sections, and to subscribe to the newsletter. Were the user to refuse his/her consent to process the data requested, the user shall not be granted access to such services and functions.
The submission of data requested for marketing purposes is always free and optional. Were the user to refuse his/her consent to process data requested for such purposes, his/her refusal will in no way affect the possibility to use the services and access the functions available on the Site.
6. User rights
Users can enforce the rights granted by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time and request either a copy, an update, a correction or an integration of the data that were processed. By the same token, users can also request either cancellation or blocking of their data at any time. In particular, users can revoke their consent to being sent promotional or information material, including the newsletter, at any time.
